Regency Crescent Gardens
Crescent Gardens is faithfully re-created Regency gardens and was a part of the Architect Thomas Owen’s grand design for a Crescent building in 1826. During the tour the history of the Garden and the locality is described. The Regency period was considered a romantic time and this is reflected in the layout of Crescent Gardens, with lots of curves and highly perfumed flowers.
