Glasgow car-fans are encouraged to head to George Square on Saturday 12 September to witness Red Dwarf star and Scrapheap Challenge presenter Robert Llewellyn take pole position of a convoy of 60 electric cars on a rally between Glasgow and Stirling to celebrate the launch of a new £2.5million Electric Vehicle Loan fund.
