Hetty Haxworth
Printmaker Hetty Haxworth was born in Oxford and now lives in rural Aberdeenshire.
Hetty Haxworth's much-admired abstract prints use shape, line and colour to explore spatial relationships. They often feel liberating and free, like a contemporary update on the abstract art of the 1960s. Haxworth has fulfilled commissions for John Lewis and the New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York and The Guardian describe her work as delightful and original geometric prints based on organic forms
