8 Week Mindfulness course
Our 8-week mindfulness courses cover the following:
Module 1: First four components of mindfulness – recognition, settling, grounding, resting; the ‘feeling’ exercise, the attitudes of mind that need to be developed, stressful triggers, informal practice, journals. Handouts & CD1
