Roger Marks' Plymouth Armada Jazz Band at Martock Church

Roger Marks lead this 6-piece New Orleans band on trombone. His melodic style was described by Humphrey Lyttelton as World Class. a former Rod Mason sidesman he has been leading Armada bands for 30 years. He co-leads the Pedigree Jazz Band. Others are: Graham Trevarton on trumpet, cornet & vocals, a very popular brass band trained musician, now well-known in jazz circles, plays in the Pedigree Band. Gordon Stafford on clarinet, achieved national acclaim with 7 years in the Eagle Band Jazz Band.F
