In Concert Martin Simpson Trio

A TRIO of the UK's finest folk musicians head to Milverton as part of a nationwide tour. The trio is fronted by one of the best acoustic guitar players in the world - and also boasts two BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Musician of the Year winners. Andy Cutting, who was crowned Musician of the Year in last year's ceremony, on melodeon and Andy Seward on double bass, create an incredible musical combination when joined by guitarist and singer Martin Simpson’s uncompromising skills. On his own Martin has been nominated an astounding 23 times in the 11 years of the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards - more than any other performer. But Simpson isn’t the only accomplished member of the ensemble. Together this is an unstoppable blend of talent, which is a thrilling live experience. It will sell out very soon.

7-30 pm to 11-00 pm there will be a bar. Tickets £12-00 please phone 01823 400416

Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
