The Close To Home Show, is an evening of music and storytelling celebrating the work and influence of Shelagh Delaney. Contemporary music ensemble Thumb (conducted by Dan Watson) and Salford Theatre Company will perform “All About And To A Female Artist” composed by Stuart Stevens with text by Shelagh Delaney. This collage of adverse reviews and begging/threatening letters was assembled by Shelagh Delaney from real reviews and postbag she received following the debut of A Taste Of Honey.
