As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, environmental charity Hubbub has teamed up with the Empathy Museum to explore our society's relationship with food, its abundance and its wastage, in the widest possible sense.
On Saturday 28th of November we are opening the doors to The Human Library of Food in the Brunei Suite at SOAS Campus, Central London.
