Christmas dinner on the BBQ masterclass
This 'hands-on; masterclass will show you all you need to know to cook the Christmas dinner on the BBQ. There is nothing like a tender, succulent turkey or joint of meat cooked slowly in the Smokey Joe. The masterclass is run by Richard Holden a Cordon Bleu trained chef and Weber BBQ specialist. The class starts at 9:30 and is expected to last 4 - 5 hours; at the end of which you can expect some absolutely mouth-watering food. Cost is £100 per person.
