Christmas Dinner on the BBQ demonstration
At the end of this demonstration you will be able to cook your Christmas dinner on the BBQ. What could be tastier than a tender, succulent turkey or joint of meat cooked for hours in the Smokey Joe. The demo is run by Cordon Bleu trained BBQ specialist chef Richard Holden. He has years of experience cooking on Weber BBQs so you can expect some absolutely fantastic mouth-watering food. He cooked at the London Olympics in 2012 and has cooked for some of our sporting greats including Sir Steve Redg
There are two sessions: 11:00 - 1:00 and 2:30 - 4:30. They are free to attend and no booking is necessary.
