Through transit and memory, incomplete recordings of landscapes have been translated into a sequence of prints that intend to conjure the transience and emotion of journeys. This exhibition features a mapping process across a trans-Pennine route, and beyond- toward mountains and sea, in which contemplations of love, motion and beauty are made visible as fragments or extracts. Friends of the Calder and Colne Rivers Trust
The Launch meeting of the Friends of CCRT is an open public meeting for anyone interested in supporting the work of the CCRT, by monitoring all aspects of life in the Calder valley. It is hoped that the Group will provide river wardens, invertebrate monitors, working parties, fund-raising etc to maintain all the great work that has taken place in this rapidly improving river. more
