Charity Tandem Skydive Jump Day for Marie Curie Cancer Care
Marie Curie Cancer Care is giving you the opportunity to take part in that ‘once in a lifetime’ event by holding a special ‘Charity Tandem Skydive Jump Day’ on the 26th May 2012 at Cockerham near Lancaster. You’ll take part in a tandem skydive with an expert instructor from a staggering 12,000 feet, so whilst skydiving is a challenge for the bravest of us, this will ultimately be a hands-free.. more

Jubilee Concert
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen with a special concert by Blackpool Male Voice Choir (Patron Alfie Boe) with soloist Alexandra Lowe (soprano) and Guardian Concert Band. The evening will culminate in much flag-waving with a ’Last Night of the Proms’ finale with favourites such as ’Land of Hope and Glory’ and.. more
