This year we will have three days of skating courtesy of Christian Skaters UK, with sessions for under 8’s/beginners /girls only / and of course sessions for the more experienced skaters of which there is a large community in Malmesbury. We are also planning to hold workshops. There will be the Birdcage Café (with, amongst other things, special hot chocolates to buy!) open throughout the day.. more

In this illustrated course we will explore some of the medieval ideas about the edges of space and place. Through a variety of media, including 12th century architecture, manuscripts and ancient maps, we will search for the origins of these ideas which are played out on the medieval stage.
