The Marsh - Open Garden for NGS
A developing garden based on strong formal design. Main feature is a box parterre based on the roof timbers of the medieval hall. The garden is bisected by a small stream, planted either side with marginal and herbaceous plants. Small orchard, productive vegetable plot, reed bed, new gazebo and borders. Abseil
This exhilierating challenge will take place from the "launch" site at the top of the Clock Tower at Abberley Hall in Worcester where a team of experienced instructors will guide you down the 161 feet descent! Anyone can take part as long as you are aged 14 or older and it is a minimum sponsorship of £50. No experience is necessarry as all training will be given on the day. more

Victorian 11* listed Palladian country house and grounds open on Sundays 29th April & 3rd June, and on Mondays throughout May and June. Guided tours, light refreshments available.
