Planting started in 1998, mainly S-hemisphere shrubs and exotics with hydrangeas, camellias and rhododendrons. Woodland area with tree ferns set against large granite outcrops. Garden terraced with steep steps and paths. Plenty of benches so you can take a rest and enjoy the wonderful views. Well worth the effort

Acoustic Guitar Workshop - A Fingerstyle Accompaniment Group Workshop to develop your ability to accompany songs with different patterns and interesting chordal textures. We’ll run through Celtic, Folk , Blues and Classical styles, and also include a few strumming patterns. The day will include group practice of various fingerstyle patterns in 3/4 and 4/4, demonstrated with a few well-known songs. All abilities welcome.
