The now famous Derby Pyclet company is trading and baking fresh Pyclets (pikelets) and Oat cakes 6 days a week from Derby’s glorious victorian market hall. A seasonal soup is created every day along with delicious home made breakfast granola and organic fruit yoghurt. Breakfast, Lunch or an anytime snack available all day. Pyclet toppings include smoked salmon topped with horseradish cream. Blue cheese walnuts and honey or simple old favorites like butter and jam. Always making any visit to Derby memorable. more

Quarterstaffing weekend
A weekend in Derbyshire where you can learn the quarterstaff and improve your skills in combat techniques, use of animal postures and energies, and mastery of intention. This weekend is open to beginners and those with quarterstaffing experience. The course will be held at Unstone Grange in Derbyshire (see www.unstonegrange.co.uk for details). We have a camping field and a barn, and will be able to make a fire and use neighbouring woodlands. Instruction and meals will be provided. Bring your own tent and camping equipment. Bring good shoes/boots and waterproof clothing for outdoor quarterstaffing. Bring your own staff if you have one (otherwise one will be provided). If you are aged under 18, you may attend if you are accompanied by someone aged over 18. more
