All our standard entries (events, classes and attractions) are free. They are displayed to visitors searching a local area, sorted by distance or date.
Please see FAQs for details of what events and attractions are acceptable and eligible for the free service.

These paid options improve the visual impact of your events within the listings, and offer extra facilities including a highlighted box, thumbnail image, extra text, the facility to upload a pdf poster or leaflet, create a QR code, and embed a YouTube video. This option costs £4 inc VAT.

Some events are not eligible for free listing. These include ongoing commercial activities such as guided walks, sports training sessions, coach trips, seasonal restaurant offerings, hotels offering special menus or regular theme nights, retail outlets, self-guided trails, excursions, holidays, etc. Details of these exclusions may be found under FAQs. Such entries may still be included within the listings as Paid-for Advertisements. These cost £10 + VAT and offer the same additional benefits as Premium Entries.
If you enter an event which is outside the free-entry criteria it will not be shown - you will then receive a message inviting you to consider the Advertisement Option.

You can choose to display to a higher proportion of visitors: for example everyone searching in one or more postcode regions, or throughout the UK. This means that your event entry will be seen over a much wider area than might be the case with a regular or premium event entry, as it will appear to all searchers within whatever area you select, effectively over-riding the usual closest-first criterion.
This could be especially useful for major events where visitors might be attracted from further afield. We can also promote restaurants, shops, local services, nationwide appeals, overseas events etc. on the same basis.
Special Announcements take a similar style to the premium entries, and are shown at the bottom the results pages.
