Jellies, creams and ices have always been a favourite. Today our Living History cooks bring the kitchen to life making these age old favourites in the 1930s style. Enjoy the day with them and take the opportunity to chat to them about their work, their training with food historian Ivan Day, and to discover the secrets of the basement kitchen in the 1930s.
