Festival Celebrating Julian of Norwich - the 700 Years

A series of Plays and Talks to celebrate the life and writing of Dame Julian of Norwich who was presumed to have died in 1416 and she does represent the flowering of the 14thC English mysticism emerging from the movement of lay hermits and solitaries on the continent.
Saturday 23rd July at 2.30 pm - Dr Damian Kerney, Head of History and Sixth Form Scholars at Lancing College, has seen the emergence of hermits as part of a wider European movement which originated in 11thC Northern France.
