Adult's Chocolate workshop with Petite and Sweet
Do you love chocolate or know somebody that does?
This workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to work with the medium of chocolate!
This is a 2 hour workshop, from 10.00am to 12.00pm.
In the 2 hours you will learn the art of tempering chocolate, make various chocolate ganaches, hand-roll and pipe ganache, and how to dip and roll the truffles in the finest belgian chocolate.
