1,000th Anniversary of the Birth of Coventry- Dame Goodyvers Daye Saint Osburga
Heritage Open Day: Commemorate the 1,000th anniversary of the birth of Coventry. Lady Godiva will introduce Saint Osburga the first woman of Coventry, the Godiva Sisters, Heroes of the World and children from many local schools will walk together in a procession in beautiful traditional gowns with banners, umbrellas, music and dance. We will move from the Phoenix stone in the Upper Precinct through Broadgate to Holy Trinity Church and the Priory gardens.
