This five-week course takes you on journey of creative discovery and personal reflection to increase your everyday well-being.

During the five weeks you will:

- Learn mindfulness and stress reduction techniques
- Develop a range of craft skills
- Take home meaningful, beautiful objects that enhance your environment.
