Our Best Winter Wine & Cheese matching course presents a range of six wines to compare side by side for quality and value with six great cheeses. We will taste wines that go extremely well with more seasonal cheeses. They will range from rich Malbec to dark savoury blends of Grenache and Shiraz, and some brambly, spicy Zinfandels /Primitivos. We will also try some great winter whites such as Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc
