King Edward Street Chapel

Heritage Open Day: This small gem of a building is another of Macclesfield's historic and architectural treasures. Built in 1690 during the reign of William and Mary, and appropriately partially restored in the early 1930s, its early history is very much connected with the silk button trade through the important Brocklehurst family. There will be a special heritage craft display for the Saturday opening.
Sat 10 Sep:1000-1600. Free Entry.
