All Saints Church, and Bell Tower Open Day
Heritage Open Day: Stranton Church is a mixture of styles and stonework. Apart fom the Saxon stonework in the nave, the oldest part of the building is the twelfth century semi-circular arch in the east wall.
Stranton Church has eight bells and an enthusiastic team of ringers. Visit the tower to learn
about bell ringing in Hartlepool and to have a go at ringing a bell under qualified supervision. You will also learn how to start to ring bells even if you are not from the local area.
