Movement Medicine integrates the intelligence of our bodies with therapeutic, artistic and shamanic wisdom. It is deeply rooted in our connection to the natural world and the cycles of life.
This group is for anyone who wishes to explore their love of dancing in more depth with the support of a dedicated group. The intention is to provide a safe container for explorations into the medicine of movement, giving us a chance to discover more about our individual dance in connection with the dance
