Guided Tours of St Michael and All Angels Church in Eastbourne
Heritage Open Day: Take a guided tour of this wonderful Grade II listed Church built in two stages, firstly in 1901/2 with the chancel, vestries, morning chapel and a temporary iron nave, and finally completed in 1911 with the 102ft tower that stands proud at the highest point in Eastbourne. There are some beautiful stained glass windows, with some in the arts and crafts tradition, donated at various times up to the 1950s in memory of relatives and members of the congregation.
