Heritage Open Day: St Mary Magdalen was consecrated in 1852, designed by the Architect Frederick Marrable in Gothic Revival Style. The Church has a number of outstanding original features including Stained Glass of the 19th Century including works by Edward Burne-Jones, Henry Hughes, Heaton Butler and Bayne, William Miller, Clayton and Bell.
