Heritage Open Day: We are home to the wonderful Maldon Embroidery, created to celebrate 1000 years of Maldon's history. It is 42ft long and took 86 local Embroidresses three years to make. We also have an Art Gallery with a regular and varied programme of Local Artist Exhibitions, which changes every three weeks, and a Gift Shop specialising in the work of Local craftspeople. We sell pottery, jewellery, soaps, glass and many other items, as well as cards, Tiptree preserves and Maldon Salt.
