Canal Walk
Heritage Open Day: A walk of about 2 to 2 1/2 hours covering approx. 3 1/4 miles. Our walk will cover the Cirencester arm of the Thames & Severn Canal which linked the town basin and warehouse with the main canal line running through Siddington. The first part of the walk will follow the line of the canal which is now covered by houses and the Love Lane Industrial Estate but beyond this the actual cutting is visible although somewhat overgrown.
