Bell Ringing in Hambledon
Heritage Open Day: Visitors will witness Church change ringing in two methods (Grandsire and Change ringing). Visitors will be able to see the bells, this will involve climbing some ladders and will be OK for folk with reasonable mobility.
Visitors will be able to chat to the ringers, especially our learners.
Finally all visitors will be able to chime one of the bells, not the full circle ringing (which takes lots of training) but will make a most satisfactory sound!
