The Market House, Ledbury
Heritage Open Day: The stilted black and white Market House dates from the early 17th century and was built as a Corn Warehouse. Today it is used for town council meetings, sales and exhibitions etc. The twice weekly market, dating from the 12th century, still takes place beneath it on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The Guild of Herefordshire Craftsman will have an exhibition & sale on from Friday 9th September to Sunday 11th September. An information board will be up in the Market House for visitors t
