Hertfordshire Fire Brigade Museum and Fire Station Open Day
Heritage Open Day: Based at the Watford Fire Station, the Hertfordshire Fire Museum is the only one in the county and displays the history of fire-fighting from very early days. There is a substantial collection of various items of fire service equipment/uniform/documents (old and new), with a large and varied photographic display of fire appliances, fire/incident scenes and local fire history.
The Fire Station will also be holding an open day with demonstrations and children's activities.
