Maison Dieu/Dover Town Hall
Heritage Open Day: Founded in 1203 as a religious house for pilgrims en route to Canterbury. Following dissolution became victualling depot for the Navy. From 1834 to 1974 Dover Town Hall and Magistrates Court and gaol. Stunning Victorian stained glass windows in the 13th century Stone Hall.
This year in addition to free guided tours of the building there will be a free Magna Carta Exhibition including display of Faversham's 1300 Magna Carta.
