Tours of Marsh Mill Windmill (Grade II*)

Heritage Open Day: Marsh Mill (Grade II*) was built by Ralph Slater in 1794, a Fylde Millwright. The Mill is one of the tallest in Europe, and stands at a height of 70ft (21.5m) One of the tallest on the Fylde Coast. Marsh Mill is typical of Fylde windmills, being broad with tapered sails and the top is tarred and shaped like an upturned boat.
