Footprints of the Past, Present and Future
Heritage Open Day: Footprints of the Past, Present and Future is a Big Lottery funded exhibition where local people have explored Norwich's historic links with the shoe trade.
Working with Community Interest Company, ERM (Eastern Region Media), residents of the city's NR3 area and others have visited the Van Dal shoe factory at Dibden Road, held a Family Fun Day, collected stories about the industry and created works about the long tradition of shoe-making in Norwich.
