Heritage Open Day: Guides will be on hand to show visitors the outstanding architectural and historical features of this jewel of a building. The perfectly preserved ancient church is thought to have been founded by Saxons as early as 850, and was subsequently rebuilt by the Norman family of de Braose, Lords of Bramber. See the spectacular carvings on the tower arches c 1140, a screen dating from 1300, links to the Armada and the Titanic in 'Sea Corner', Victorian and modern stained
