Ossett Town Hall
Heritage Open Day: Ossett, a Market Town with links dating back 2000 years opens its town hall with town centre trail.
The town sits on a roman way known as the Via Victalis, between Agbrigg (Wakefield) and Halifax.
The Town Hall, over 100 years old is a Grade II listed building in a pedestrianised conservation area. The main hall contains a rare Compton Christie Theatre Organ built into the stage, and the Theatre Trust will be on hand playing and answering questions. On the roof of the Town Hal
