Exhibition: Paintings and Prints by Jon George
This exhibition includes images made using the unique printing technique, castprinting, that Jon has developed. Images inspired by landscapes and communities around the world, including Barmouth. Castprinting is a type of relief printing similar to lino or woodcut printing, but paintbrushes are used in place of chisels or gouging tools. The exhibition is open every day from 4th to 30th September, 11am to 4:30pm except Mondays when the gallery is closed. Entry is free with voluntary donations as the gallery receives no public funding.
