Lute Society 60th Anniversary Meeting and Celebration

To mark the 60th anniversary of our inaugural meeting, held in October 1956, our next meeting will have a festive character with lots of music, besides trips down memory lane.

11.00 ‘A Little Learning is a Dangerous Thing’: Our Ever-changing View of the Lute and its Music, talk by Anthony Bailes, followed by discussion
12.15 If you can remember the ’60s: a panel of veteran members recall the early days, with slide show.
