8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)
This 8 week mindfulness based living course (MBLC) will give you techniques to help cope with stress, anxiety and depression. Much of our anxiety and stress comes from worrying about future events or dwelling on past events. Mindfulness courses can offer practical skills to help you to remain in the present moment. Throughout the course, you will be guided through exercises and offered the opportunity to give feedback on your experience. You will receive full notes to support the course and 2 CD
The course will be held every Tuesday for 8 weeks. 10am - 11.30am. The retreat day will be held on Saturday 22nd October, 10am - 4pm
Cost: £180 if paid in full in advance or £200 if paying in instalm
