WEA Adult Education Course - This course will support you to improve your health and fitness levels through bespoke physical activity and health information sessions tailored to individual needs. This course focuses on students building a basic knowledge and understanding of fitness and health related conditions and developing confidence in community involvement through learning about other charities and opportunities.
