WEA Adult Education Course - Improve health and fitness through the provision of bespoke physical activity and health information sessions tailored to individual needs. This course focuses on students having a basic knowledge and understanding of all the major muscle components and bones of the body in order to know how to strengthen, improve and maintain these parts.
