WEA Adult Education Course - Develop individual strategies to raise your confidence and self esteem. Build your communication skills in order to be more assertive. Identify who manipulates you and how to respond in a positive manner. Learn how to deal with uncomfortable situations. Supportive course suitable for women of all ages and backgrounds.
