Be Calm, Be Happy - a short course in Mindfulness

This 6 week course introduces useful mindfulness and meditation practices to help you live a fuller happier life. The teachings are offered in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and are suitable for those of any faith or none. Classes are led by Vari, an experienced mindfulness teacher.
The course runs every Saturday morning between 10:30 and 12:30 for 6 weeks from September 24th to October 29th.
Cost is £60 (£30 concessions)
