Shrewsbury Cantata Choir is hosting a visit to the county town by Vieux Amis, and we will be putting on a special joint concert of music from the renaissance to the romantic. Vieux Amis is led by Cantata's founding director, Ian Ward (who now lives in France).
Cantata will lead off with performances of three lyrically beautiful Bruckner motets, and this will be followed by a joint performance of Vivaldi's wonderful Gloria. Vieux Amis will then perform some lovely French renaissance
