Penrhyn Castle - Yoga and stretching for runners
You will be guided through the class by friendly local instructor Jeff Cushing. The class will focus on strengthening, stretching and flexibility, with particular attention to the legs and hips, and those tight muscles common to runners. The classes complement our Beginners and Improvers running programmes (10-11am) but other runners and non-runners are welcome to attend. Booking Not Needed.
