Frame 312 by Keith Reddin

''Frame 312,'' takes place in November 1963 and 1998. The title refers to the moment in the famous Zapruder film -- the 22-second clip of the Kennedy murder that was captured by a bystander, Abraham Zapruder, on a home movie camera -- in which a bullet seems to drive the president's head forcefully backward. Mr. Reddin has concocted a cloak-and-dagger scenario in which the original film has never been seen by most Americans. Instead, the play purports that the film
