''Frame 312,'' takes place in November 1963 and 1998. The title refers to the moment in the famous Zapruder film -- the 22-second clip of the Kennedy murder that was captured by a bystander, Abraham Zapruder, on a home movie camera -- in which a bullet seems to drive the president's head forcefully backward.
