8 Week Mindfulness Course in Caerphilly
During this 8 week mindfulness course, you will learn simple techniques that easily fit into daily life. Practicing mindfulness on a regular basis has been clinically proven to help with stress, anxiety, depression and sleeping patterns.
The course is suitable for novices as well as those with some mindfulness experience. You will be guided through each exercise and given an opportunity to discuss each exercise.
