Concrete Soul by Process Smith
Fuelled by his relationship with concrete, street art and skateboarding, Stuart Payn aka Process Smith encompasses the urban environment within his work. Process Smith’s multidisciplinary approach to art allows him to adopt different techniques including working sculpturally, digitally and more recently working with a laser cutter to create plastic and wood etchings. Having previously worked on the Cowgate underpass to transform the gloomy space into a colourful passage, Process Smith is no stranger to creating charming characters through drawing and spray paint, some of which will make a reappearance in Concrete Soul.
